I don't think you're feedback is fair... Of course, when things as delicate as a cake ships a little straightening will be needed when it's received. The post office is very rough on packages. Also, the so-called animal ribbon is the luvs diapers NOT ribbon. They have a dog on the diapers why would I use animal ribbon???? And of course, you did NOT contact me in regards to this before leaving feedback.
