Before dispatching, supplier contacted me to make sure I had ordered correct model for my needs (testing bricks instead of concrete). The item arrived faster than expected in good order. The rebound hammer looks well made and operates satisfactorily (but not yet used for real). However, the operating instructions were photocopies out-of-order with some translations errors. After cutting then sorting the pages into order (and laminating), the instructions are now satisfactory. Happy so far.
