Seller sent the wrong color reins and once made aware of the issue advised to just use the wrong color (which doesn’t match a single thing I own and I absolutely do not want or need) and that they would ship the right color reins for free “with my NEXT order”. I have no intentions of giving these people any more money and they are refusing to send me what I purchased leaving me to battle for my money back and stuck with reins that I don’t want or need and having to find some more elsewhere.
