Seller was very accommodating; allowed me to set up a courier to pickup the purchase so we could get it as quick as possible for our equipment that was down. Upon installation, we found that the drive didn't work and seller quickly offered a replacement of the unit. Went out of their way to ship out the exchange unit so we can get it quickly and we were able to get our equipment up and running. Overall, appreciate the lengths they took.
