Our seat covers are made to order, which means that they are customized according to the preferences of the customer. The customization options include material selection & combinations, stitching color as well as logo color & type (printed or embroidered). Therefore, for these products we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. Returns are also accepted in case there is a production mistake, which means that the seat cover is not made as ordered or as stated in the description. Moreover, we do not accept returns if the product is a seat cover and has been damaged while being installed or if it has been marked by ink, greases or other stains.
 
Please contact us to get a return approval number. You will be asked to send us related photos. The shipping fee for accepted returns are covered by us.
