We had wanted to get this doll bed for our great grandniece's toy bear. The order was accepted, and this item was to be shipped to our grandniece's home no later than Dec. 27th. That date came and went, while we heard nothing from the supplier. I sent three emails to them, without any response whatsoever. Finally, on Jan. 7th, eBay notified me that I would receive a full refund for my purchase. If the supplier did not have this item in stock, he/she should have informed me immediately.
