Interesting cuz according to USPS , package went from St. Louis to Indianapolis, to Puerto Rico, to Pittsburgh, and arrived ON TIME in Central Pennsylvania! Go figure.  The eBay experience was positive. Quick response and mailing by seller. I highly recommend this seller.
