I had reached out and was "ensured" they would contact DHL for an update. This was a lie. The day after the expected delivery date I reached out again after personally contact DHL and told the seller they never received it. The seller then sent me a picture of the shipping label asking of I wanted a refund and before I answered, refunded me anyway. This is more than likely a SCAMMER!!!
