Item was damaged on arrival. Contact was made on arrival on item on 15th May. Seller advised they would resend the following day. 9 days later nothing received, contacted seller, no reply, left appropriate feedback, then received message from seller offering refund if feedback changed.
Advised seller I would amend feedback once refund had been received for the faulty item, if not dispute to be raised.
Refund now received, feedback reflects this. However I will recommend or use this seller again.
