The delivery information in the confirmation e-mail from stated expected delivery dates of 9th -10th May whereas the seller eventually advised me it was at least 3-5 postal days after despatch. There is a conflict here which left me unhappy as I did not receive the item when advised by Ebay. I would add that the delivery tracking information was incorrect ie it shows despatch date of 16th May the item was delivered on 14th May. The delivery information and communications were poor.
