I bought seat covers from their website. They had me send them detailed pics of my current seats so they made the covers right, which I did. They still made the covers wrong, made them for a convertible with the seat belt retractor cut out. I contacted them and they said to contact the manufacturer. And said that they probably weren't going to help me anyhow. So I had to buy this hide here to have them remade in town here at a shop. Just know their customer support sucks super bad if you need it

He Bought a hide. Opened the return. Never returned it. We refunded anyway, and then he left the negative feedback. Very unfortunate that he is abusing eBay
