Another chef d’oeuvre…. Bravo, Maximo! An ornate lampost in one of the most romantic cities on earth. Small but mighty – as is the Mona Lisa – who also hangs around Paris. Wish I could buy all this artist's works, but I don't have a house as big as Mona’s.

Modern Urban. Cool cityscape-captures essence of modern civilization's evolution / progression since mid-century works like this became a common style in 40's - 50's Paris, a style which accelerated into the 60's and waned into the early 80's with more modern and 'cheaper' forms of 'street art' becoming fashionable. This work appears as a modern revival mimicking the natural energy of late 1950's street artists. However, it tracks modern times.
