The cover is great, very nicely done, arrived in 4 days. :) The neckroll is vinyl, is nicely done, but i would have paid more to have real leather. The vinyl straps that come with it are also vinyl, double folded and look a bit cheap cheap :( it would be great to have real

One has a screw in the back forcefully screed in the chair, chipping the wood and another one has a bad scratch on the sitting area. Apart from that the contact with the seller was smooth and delivery easy. So sad about those 2 chairs :(
