I ordered this hat knowing it might not make it by Christmas, and that was fine. I still haven’t received it. It doesn’t even say it shipped. I’ve reached out to this seller at least three times, and no response. Unfortunately there is no way for eBay to help me with this, so here I am. I would not recommend this seller. Absolutely no communication whatsoever, and I could’ve made this at home for less than $10. I wish I would’ve. It’s just a generic hat with an iron on patch. BEWARE!

I wish I could change my negative feedback. There was a misunderstanding with this transaction, and it has been resolved. There was good reason for the delayed communication. As soon as this seller realized there was a problem, she reached out to make it right. The hat really is cute, and I wouldn’t actually attempt to make it at home on my own. I wish I had waited longer before I made these negative judgements.
