Unfortunately my fascinator did not arrive on time for my event. However, the communication and efforts from Rachel throughout were 100%. The postal services are outwith our control and I fully appreciate that. And sods law …. it is now ready to collect at the locker, notification of which I received on my way to the wedding! Rachel has very kindly offered refund without return, I will make sure I make use at another event and I will definitely be ordering again x
