The description seemed to indicate that the product comes with its original box, but it did not. Given the sensitive nature of electronics, it would have been better if the shipping box had included more cushioning material.
Although I did not expect the product to be unopened, I anticipated it would be in relatively clean condition. However, there are many visible scratches in various places.
