Customer service was to notch! I haven't even used the antenna yet and he's still getting 5 stars. It was missing one of the wing nuts and he immediately sent a replacement. The 3d printed enclosure and cap are VERY well made. Sometimes 3d components are flimsy but this seller made sure quality was not lacking. Thanks Tim!
