I have contacted the seller regarding a return.. in email they said that due to the cost that e-bay charges.. they is no money for them to accept returns .. they offered to return $20.00 to my account… if I paid the postage back to them . The item was 43.00 with all charges, taxes & shipping.. so I after u paid fir the return shipping .. I would have retained approx 11.00.. Maybe e-bay should screen there sellers to make sure the customer doesn’t carry the burden of retailers…
