Returns policy:
 
If you're unhappy in any way with your item, please in the first instance contact us either through eBay, at swiftpcservices@gmail.com, or on 01708 540094.
 
If you've changed your mind and would like a return, please request a return through the eBay system within 14 days of placing your order. In this case the buyer will be responsible for the return postage. Returns after this period may be subject to a restocking fee or be refused at our discretion. Swift PC Services offer a two year parts and labour warranty on all new pre-built systems supplied by us. If you're experiencing trouble and your think your PC may be faulty, please contact us at swiftpcservices@gmail.com, on 01708 540094, or through eBay.
 
Please note for security purposes all PCs and parts are security marked by us at the time of delivery. Opening the case, or upgrading the PC yourself will render the warranty invalid.
