I’ve tried to contact this seller. She sold us a defective chandelier for $600. We had it professionally installed and were unable to get the light to hang straight because the ropes were different lengths. Ultimately, she accused us of altering the rope lengths. She questioned our integrity. We’ve never had such a negative buying experience. I would not trust this vendor - and it makes me question whether I should purchase anything again through eBay. So disappointed.
