This was a strange transaction. The lamp came through shipping with a bent finial. The finial actually holds the glass shade in place, It is not only decorative but important to the structure of this lamp. I contacted the seller and he said he would put in a claim in. Within hours he messaged me to say that I would need to put in the claim or send the lamp back so he could put in a claim. Not as helpful as when I initially contacted him. The photos show the bent & repaired finial at my cost.
