I have contacted the seller and he said something about freight and he asked if it was definitely not be used and I told him the steps I used. Try to set up, kept moving the satellite and finally I called dish network and they told me that the person who had it before never got his information from it. I’m really upset that the seller sells items on eBay that do not work and basically rip people off. This also makes eBay look bad. I would like to get a refund for this item.

We actually tried to contact dish network for them to get the unit activated, but when all was said and done, we can't control what dish network decides, and they would not let this unit be activated even though it was brand new. We refunded 100% of the purchase price & shipping to the customer without even requiring they return the unit,. Not sure why they're upset enough to leave us negative feedback. I suppose in every string of firecrackers, you get a few duds. We will take care of you!
