We ship out the package but unfortunately the shipment company lost the parcel. So when the buyer agree with refund for solve this case, we refunded all of money to the buyer immediately. But finally get the negative reviews from the buyer. We feel very sad, because the package lost was not under our controllable, and we tried our best to solve it and dealing with it with his consent.
