Took 3 weeks to dispatch the order, I messaged the seller while waiting, who responded saying it was a holiday day in Poland and they would respond the next day which they never did. 2 and a half weeks later and the order still has not arrived so I submitted a request to say that it had not arrived and asked for a tracking number but they just immediately issued a refund with no argument or enquiry which leads me to believe it was never actually posted. I lost £13 on the refund exchange rate.
