The shipping time and method was most unsatisfactory. The tracking came to an end as soon as the parcel landed in Cape Town South Africa. After numerous calls I finally located the parcel Johannesburg and had to finally go to the post office warehouse in Pretoria to collect the parcel. Please do not use this postal service it does not work. The SA post office has retrenched the majority of its personnel and this affected their ability to deliver the parcel to the local post office in Pretoria.
