    I'm sorry $11.30 shipping was high but I have no control over that as the price is strictly based off package size, weight and your zip code. This method is used to be completely fair as I don't make money off shipping. This was a glass vase so more packaging materials were used to ensure it didn't break. I hope this helps in understanding. My reviews show I have refunded buyers when actual shipping was less than the buyer paid. Thank you for finding MadeyGear and enjoy the carafe.
