There was an issue with some software that came with a laptop I purchased. The seller offered me a good resolution for the issue. For an item to arrive with no issues is one thing, but I also appreciate when a seller does their best to make it right for the customer if there ever is an issue. For that reason I can recommend this seller to others. Otherwise the laptop was in good condition. I was satisfied with the product and with the solution offered for the software issue.
