Regarding your shipping -you put in an offer on the hat (which by the way is already at a great price being NEW and not used), which we did accept, hence why your shipping was more (which we also again don't control and set at lowest possible rates)

The listing did say the figure would be in good condition, but that was not the case. I do believe the price would’ve been fair if the figure was not broken. Have yet to contact the seller, will update if possible afterwards
