l am very disappointed in the way this over $100 doll was shipped to me!!! she was wrapped in a few paper towels with tight rubber bands.. around her in several places.ofcourse it ruined the wig. I have tried and tried to do something with the hair and it looks horrible. I have bought other dolls from this seller. probably will not buy more. it was over $100 including shipping.

The doll arrived in 2 boxes taped together to form one and the doll was wrapped in paper towels and in a garbage bag. Her head flops back does not hold a pose I had asked if we can work this out and instead she accused me of perhaps doing something to the doll ! Totally absurd !!! Took her days to respond
