Verified purchase

Purchase was not delivered within the specified time, and even 10 days after that. Seller did not send Royal Post, as he indicated on EBAY, but by another mail. It turned out that the purchase was disposed of by mail after 10 days at the request of the seller. I wrote to the seller. I received an answer, as from a bandit, like "bro, don't worry, rest." You have sold the goods, received the money, must deliver to the buyer. That's the law!!! Be careful!

This customer has abused us from start to finish, there should be no place on eBay nor for our members of staff to be treated in such a way. All of our items are sent with Royal Mail, this customer is in Cape Verde. When the item is handed over to the local courier, at that point the tracking is not the same as Royal Mail and the service changes, the item is still to be delivered but the customer does not understand that Royal Mail does not operate in his country but its his local courier
