Shipped on time and communication is automated. Delays with USPS after the shaft was shipped and out of our hands. Most sellers know this, but buyers do not. Once USPS has the item the delivery is out of the sellers control until delivered, returned or declared lost by USPS. Sometimes this can take up to 2 weeks. This buyer was not very understanding of this. Sincerely AAA_WAREHOUSE!
