Have not contacted the seller. I was under the impression that the ribbon bar was supported by a pin with clip like the American ribbon rack. Instead it has some kind of safety pin feature.

sadly as the buyer has clearly admitted himself, he didn't contact us first, and ASSUMED which led to him purchasing the wrong item, all would have been avoided for both of us if he had messaged us, you can't please everyone ALL the time even when they purchase the wrong item.....it our fault :-(
