Bought one of these for my daughter, she loves it!. The laptop is in immaculate condition, you would think it was new from a high street shop. All working good Stylus in the side is a great feature. Highly recommended will use again. Packaging is excellent and gives a new feel to it. Very quick delivery as well. Thank you.

The laptop works fine but the packaging was on the light side: there were a couple of dents on the cardboard and one corner was unscrewed, luckily nothing appears to be broken and I just tightened it back.
If it wasn't for some small scratches on the paint, the laptop would look brand new. The battery is in good state, the touchscreen and pen work fine, the bios has no password and computrace is not activated. Overall I'm very happy with it.
