Absolutely terrible, left earbud worked for 4 hours then completely died, no sound whatsoever. Tried to contact the seller about it and nothing, not a word from them. I would recommend buying your Sonys from somewhere else. Not to mention the ANC issue with not just the left (although starting in the left) but also the right. Sounds like someone’s blowing wind into your ears. Overall terrible experience.
