Item arrived before estimated delivery date; however, one of the acrylic panels was scratched a considerable amount and the back panel was not machined to line up with the Thunderbolt 3 port so I had to modify the panel in order to get the Thunderbolt cable into the case, its not really that big of a deal considering it won't be sitting where I can see it but it is indeed rather disappointing considering the price I paid for the thing, as for the function of my product it did work as intended.

A fun puzzle to assemble. :) Nevertheless, the metal ends are laser cut with precision and no burrs. The Plexiglas ends have the screw holes precisely placed and did not cause any installation challenges. Flimsy at first, but sturdy after complete assembly. Houses a full ATX PSU and a dual fan GTX 1060.

The item I received was defective due to a manufacturing defect. I took pictures and brought this to the attention of the seller (it was not their fault) and they ended up refunding all of my purchase money. I would trust this seller anytime after my experience with this purchase. I clearly give the SELLER a 5 star rating. The product manufacturer needs to correct their problems to prevent the delivery of defective devices. I believe the problem is limited to the A12 (solar powered) model.
