Agapea garantiza su completa satisfacción en todas sus compras, por lo que nos comprometemos a la devolución en los siguientes casos :

Si el producto solicitado no se adecua a sus necesidades, se admitirá la devolución corriendo los gastos de envío y recogida por cuenta del cliente. El producto debe encontrarse en perfectas condiciones, incluyendo el embalaje original, y una vez verifiquemos su estado en nuestro almacén, procederemos al reintegro de su importe a través de ingreso bancario/tarjeta dependiendo de la forma en que realizó el pago, por lo que debe incluir en el pedido que devuelve una nota con su nombre completo, datos bancarios para realizar transferencia y motivo de la devolución.

Si el producto es defectuoso o no corresponde con lo solicitado, Agapea asumirá los gastos de devolución y nuevo envío; en esta ocasión también le rogamos conserve y devuelva el producto en su embalaje original e incluya una hoja indicando su nombre completo, datos bancarios para realizar transferencia y el defecto que tiene el libro.

En todo caso, la comunicación debe realizarse en el plazo de siete días naturales desde la recepción del envío, bien a través de correo electrónico: librosurgentes@agapea.com o bien telefónicamente al número : 915 757 000.

Una vez pasado el plazo de entrega (7 días naturales) sólo se admitirá devolución si el producto es defectuoso, pero será el cliente el que se haga cargo de los gastos de transporte por haber pasado el plazo de devolución.

Los productos tales como vídeos, CD-ROM, DVD.... no se admitirán como devolución si aparecen desprecintados.

En caso de enviar un pedido dentro de España y éste venga devuelto a nuestro almacén, se ofrecerá al cliente la opción de volver a enviarlo previo pago de nuevo de los gastos de envío marcados en el pedido o bien la posibilidad de devolverle su dinero a la misma tarjeta con la que realizó su compra.
