I purchased 4 VS-17 panels from this buyer. After a week and two messages sent, the buyer said they would send these items yesterday, but failed to do so. I had to contact eBay customer support to request to cancel this order and request a refund. I’m very disappointed with this seller. I’ll never shop with this seller again.
