Item never arrives. After the expected delivery day, I filed a "I didn't received it." request on eBay. The day before I could request eBay to step in, Seller sent me a message, telling me that Royal Mail messed up the delivery. He then agreed to give me a full refund. But he said he couldn’t refund me before I close the request. I closed the request accordingly and he disappeared again. I called up eBay, only to find out that once you close the request, eBay can't normally step in. Be careful!

Item didn't arrive, contacted seller who took ages to respond, said his wife in hospital and could send the item out the same day with special delivery, then that never arrived and then I get a message from Ebay to say that the seller had requested to cancel and issue me a refund.
