shanley1997 purchased this item, broke all 4 mud flaps and claimed "the wind" broke them. Probably didn't install them correctly. I gave him the partial refund amount he asked for and didn't even ask for the return of my product. Then he left neutral feedback. Then he asked me for a full refund. Something is wrong here.
