This is such an UNFAIR feedback. Yes, the order should have been received. Holdup in the state of Lousiana. I have NO control once an item leaves my house, the same day the order was received for the postal service being slow and holding things up. I did my part and shipped immediately. SUCH AN UNFAIR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. Even let the customer know that it was in Louisiana and provided all of the tracking information.
