    it was tested twice prior to going out and played fine. it turns out to be his ps2 system wouldnt play ps1 games. so the issue was not the game

    I reached out and they said it was tested, but it kept freezing and saying disc wasn't working. The tom and jerry worked fine, but the rugrats doesn't work.

    game was tested TWICE prior to shipping it out and had no issues with it. we offered a return but they have not yet responded
