It seems smaller in hand than it appears in the pics in the ad. It feels like a solid piece of hardware none the less. Oddly the crossbar had only one end cap installed. I'm 99% sure that was a misstep that occurred when the unit was packed. Not worried about it as I have anodized aluminum caps I planned to use. I give it 5 stars for the quality, 4 stars for the missing part.
