I sent this Seller multiple messages and they failed to answer them in a timely manner. In addition. I never purchase items outside of the USA. Despite them listing a USA address in their listing, in reality their actual address is Israel. They failed to issue me a refund as I requested! I informed Ebay, but they as well did not remedy this concern of mine! Why??
