    Snug. And the sleeves were disappointingly short. Size 42 is 'Large' usually and is perfect for my neck size. I'd have rated this one more as a 'Medium'. Unfortunately ordering a larger size would've meant the neck would be too loose. Although it fit me neck and body I'll need to wear it with a long sleeved coat to stop the shirt-sleeves looking too short. It's nice enough for quality and the bonus clerical 'dog-collar' looks great.
