    What initially looked like a worst-case scenario turned out to be a fair solution: 1st: Unfortunately, the goods only arrived after the announced deadline, which was probably due to cross-border shipping. 2nd: the goods were slightly damaged within the box. However, as all the seals were intact as discribed and the seller was able to prove a possible manufacturer's defect, it was possible to reach a I think good compromise after a very friendly, objective and fact orientated discussion.
