The description and the photos are very accurate to the bag that I purchased. I have no issues with the item, I have more issue on the lack of communication and the delay of the shipment. I paid right away hoping that i can receive my item fast but it took a lol while to the point that Ingot worried that I got scam since theres no communication from the seller. I know that delays can happened, but please communicate better with your buyer.

I have contacted the seller. I did not receive the suitcase. What came from Japan is a small nail gadget. I want to know what has happened and to get a refund if the suitcase is not going to arrive. I am very upset and am concerned that this is fraud.
