This monkey tried to send me a phone with no battery and no cover after confirming in writing all the parts would be included. Why would you ever think it's appropriate to send someone a phone, tell them it's in great working order and then not include the battery and the cover and then have the audacity to say oh I didn't know you wanted the battery and the cover you never said that. Not only bad business looks like Monkey Business to me!
