Item arrived the day after Christmas, which was pretty quick considering. The package arrived intact with all of its accessories. As a novice player, I didn't want to spend a lot of money and this seemed like a good value for the money. I noticed a leak in one of the pads (wasn't seating itself completely), which I fixed by turning an adjustment screw. Now it plays fine. I'm very happy with my purchase.
