Some days after the purchase, I got the tracking number but everything went missing to drop answering me once I asked help for the second time. I perfectly understand problems like that could happen from time to time, but not answering messages about some news, it’s definitely not the correct way to handle the situation. Luckily I got my refund thanks to eBay warranty.

Item never arrived and the communication from the seller was terrible. I sent multiple messages asking for an update and they never responded to any of them. They only responded when the item hadn’t arrived and I requested a refund from them. Would not recommend this seller at all, there are much better Japanese sellers out there.
