Buyer claims they have not received the package when the tracking code RR306958796RS clearly shows that it has arrived to their destination. I have told the buyer that they should check with their local post office about the package if they are having issues to which they replied that they do not know how to do that so they are either lying or they do not know how to pick up a package. Anyone can check on the official Serbian Post site the package status and see that it has arrived.
